Harvesting

We begin by carefully selecting and harvesting produce at the ideal maturity. Expert farmers handpick each batch to ensure consistent size, color, and quality. Proper harvesting is the foundation of a successful export shipment.

Sorting & Grading

Each item is inspected and graded based on size, color, freshness, and export-quality standards. Only perfectly graded, high-quality pieces move forward, guaranteeing consistency for international buyers.

Cleaning

Once harvested, the produce is brought to our facility for hygienic cleaning. This removes dust, field residue, and impurities, ensuring that every product is safe and ready for further processing.

Pre-Cooling

Produce is pre-cooled in controlled temperature units to remove field heat and lock in freshness. This step dramatically increases shelf life and ensures the product stays fresh during long-distance shipping.
